Returns & Exchanges

At VERVET Denim, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your registered email address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your denim in the original packaging if possible, attach the return shipping label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
